2020-21 TUITION & FEES

* Class Fees are non-refundable.

  • Registration Fees (non-refundable):

    • 9th-graders and new students: $400​

    • 10th-, 11th-, and 12th-grade students: $325 

  • Enrollment for returning students completed after February 21 will incur a $480 late re-enrollment fee, which will be added to your FACTS account.

  • For assistance, sign up for an appointment at www.nolancatholic.org/reenroll.

  • Additional costs may include:  ECI food service, textbooks, uniforms, and extra-curricular activities.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments are made through FACTS on-line.

PAY IN FULL: ACH date must be set up in FACTS by May 16, 2020. Payment due date: June 5

TWO PAYMENTS: ACH date must be set up in FACTS by May 16, 2020. Payment due dates: June 5 & December 4

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Ten equal payments from July - April

Payment options are not applicable for International Students. Payment is due in full July 31 and must be made with an ACH.

Tuition Assistance

Nolan Catholic is committed to providing financial aid to families in need. The financial aid processor for NCHS is FACTS. To be given priority consideration, please submit online your Grant & Aid application by March 1, 2020, (Online application will be available starting November 1, 2019, for new students, and December 1, 2019 for returning students).

Nolan Catholic is blessed with supporters who offer endowments and funds for financial support. Nolan Catholic does not offer academic, achievement, merit, or athletic scholarships.

It is highly recommended that families apply early and online at FACTS.

Completing your Tuition Assistance application

The Tuition Assistance application process for the 2020-2021 school year is now open.

How do I apply for tuition assistance?​

  • Click here to create a new FACTS account. You will need a new account, even if you have a FACTS account from a previous school.

    • Click "FACTS Grant and Aid."

    • Click "Begin Application."

    • Follow the prompts to complete the application.

  • Once you have reviewed & completed the application, you will be asked to pay the $35 application fee.

  • Please note:

    • A completed 2019 Form 1040; 1040A; or 1040EZ, including W-2s/1099s and schedules, must be uploaded to complete your application.
    • The application can be submitted without the 2019 federal tax return by submitting your 2018 W-2 and federal tax return. Your application will not be complete or verified until you have uploaded the tax return, W-2, and supporting schedules.

    • Your 2019 W2 and federal tax return must be submitted to FACTS for your 2020-21 tuition assistance to be applied to your tuition balance.

    • The parent/guardian who claims the student as a dependent on the federal tax return is to complete the grant and aid application.

    • Parents who are separated/divorced and share the financial responsibility for their student must each complete a tuition assistance application if both parents are seeking assistance.

Nolan Catholic High School is a College Preparatory High School (grades 9-12). NCHS was established in 1961 and is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Department (TCCB ED)Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), and AdvancED.

The purpose of TCCB ED is to assist Catholic schools in the state of Texas with 1) continuous school improvement initiatives, 2) accountability with best educational practices, 3) strengthening of mission and identity, and 4) improving academic performance.
