Advisory Council
Mission of Nolan Catholic Advisory Council
The 11 member Nolan Catholic Advisory Council is composed of dedicated Nolan Catholic parents, alumni, and members of the community who are committed to the current and future needs of Nolan Catholic. The purpose of the Council is to advise the Bishop’s Designee of Schools for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth and the Principal and/or President of Nolan Catholic High School on matters related to the operation of the school.
Key Activities
Development
Counsel and make recommendations of the development plan for Nolan Catholic (i.e., annual fund, capital campaign, marketing, retention).
Planning
Partner in the development of the Strategic Plan for Nolan Catholic. Monitor objective timelines and counsel on strategies.
Finance
Review operating budgets and tuition rates annually. Provide recommendations based on current economic conditions.
Policy
Review school policies and provide recommendations.
