October 1, 2023 = The online 2024-2025 Admissions Applications opens.  FACTS Tuition Assistance Application for the 2024-2025 school year opens November 10th.

January 13, 2024 = Nolan Catholic High School will host ISEE Testing.

February 10, 2024 =  The first round of need-based financial assistance applications are DUE

To apply for admissions to Nolan Catholic High School, you must complete the following steps: 

Incoming Freshmen

​

  • Complete the New Student Admission Application 

  • You will need the following documents to complete your application:

    • Immunization record (Diocesan Policy).

    • Birth certificate

    • 2 Years of academic report cards & standardized test scores (record release for your current school in the application).

    • Electronic teacher and principal recommendation letters will be available in the application.

    • If your students receives accommodations, please provide proper medical diagnosis documentation.

    • Custody/guardianship documents if applicable.

  • Student interview:  Scheduled every February once application is completed.

  • Entrance exam: All applicants must submit either the results of the Classical Learning Test (CLT) or Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).  CLT testing results are only accepted if taken in our partner schools.  To schedule the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) and view testing locations, visit: ERBlearn.org/families.

  • $75 Application fee paid online.

  • Nolan Catholic High School Math Placement Test, required for all new students every April.  A registration link will be emailed.

Transfer Students

Transfer high school applications are only considered by semester and on a case-by-case basis.

  • Complete the New Student Admission Application 

  • You will need the following documents to complete your application:

    • Immunization record (Diocesan Policy)

    • Student physicals: Must be dated on or after June 1st.

    • Birth certificate

    • Unofficial transcript and current report card (record release for your current school in the application).

    • Standardized test scores within the last 12 months. 

    • Electronic teacher and principal recommendation letters will be available in the application.

    • If your students receives accommodations, please provide proper medical diagnosis documentation.

    • Custody/guardianship documents if applicable.

  • Student interview:  Scheduled once application is completed.

  • Final transcripts will be required once current school year completed.

  • Entrance exam:  All applicants must submit either the Independent School Entrance Exam. (ISEE) ERBlearn.org/families, PSAT, or ACT results taken within a year and not from a middle school. 

  • $75 Application fee paid online.

  • Transfer students might need some type of credit recovery to meet our graduation requirements.

International Students

​

  • Currently, we do not work with third-party agencies, nor do we provide housing or host families. 

  • International students' applications are only considered by semester and on a case-by-case basis.
