As you navigate the admissions process, we invite you to explore the information below for answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Our Admissions team is here to support you every step of the way and help make your experience as smooth as possible.
General Information
Yes. Every effort will be made to award some financial assistance to eligible families. Families should apply through the FACTS application system. Click HERE t(https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/44SQD)o create an account and complete the need-based financial assistance application. A student admissions application must be submitted prior to submitting an application for financial assistance (see Apply | NCHS).(https://www.nolancatholic.org/apply)
Additionally, families requesting financial assistance from Nolan Catholic are also asked to apply for financial assistance through both the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (https://educationfreedom.texas.gov/)and ACE Scholarships Texas ACE Scholarships Texas.(https://www.acescholarships.org/apply-for-a-scholarship/texas/) Please check these websites for eligibility, application details, and deadlines.
Nolan Catholic currently runs a bus service for the 2025–2026 school year from the locations listed below. The bus departs the pickup location promptly at 7:00 am and arrives at Nolan Catholic around 7:30 am.
• Mid-Cities – St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School (morning only)
• Irving - Holy Family Academy and Immaculate Conception, Grand Prairie (morning and afternoon)
• Arlington – St. Joseph Catholic School (morning only)
Families choose one of three options: (a) fall semester only, (b) spring semester only, or (c) both semesters. For the 2025–2026 school year, the cost is $850 per semester.
Please Note: Pricing and routes for 2026–2027 morning bus service are subject to change based on the number of student riders. More information will be shared in early May.

Flynn O'Hara (https://flynnohara.com/)is Nolan Catholic’s current school uniform provider.
In addition to scheduled admissions events throughout the year, shadowing is also offered to prospective students. To schedule a shadow day, please contact Ashley White ‘03, Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, at awhite@nchstx.org (mailto:awhite@nchstx.org)or 817-945-9418.
Families will need to purchase their student’s textbooks each year. Textbooks may be purchased online through Nolan Catholic’s official bookstore (Nolan Catholic High School | Online Bookstore)(https://bnck-12.com/nolancatholichs). Many parents also coordinate informally to buy and sell used textbooks.
Families should wait to purchase textbooks until receiving confirmation about course schedules and the list of required and recommended books for each class. This information will be available in early July.
Nolan Catholic is committed to ensuring a focused, distraction-free learning experience for all students. Cell phones must be kept in students’ lockers at all times during the academic day. They are not to be used during passing periods or at any other time during the school day.
Additionally, students may not bring personal electronic devices — including tablets, laptops, smartwatches, or other internet-enabled devices — onto campus. All learning and communication will take place using school-issued devices. By minimizing distractions, we create a more engaged and productive learning environment.
Nolan Catholic partners with ECI to provide daily lunch service for students. Any student wishing to purchase lunch on campus must have an active ECI account. Students may also bring their own lunch, but they are not permitted to leave campus during lunch.
Financial Assistance & Tuition

Families may be asked to submit:
• Federal tax returns
• W-2 forms
• Other income documentation
Decisions are communicated after applications and required documents are reviewed. Families will receive notification via email.
Yes. A new application is required each year to review current financial information.
Tuition payment plans are managed through FACTS. Log in to your FACTS financial account:
• Review your payment schedule
• Update payment methods
• Make changes to your plan

Enrollment Information
Congratulations on being accepted to Nolan Catholic! Now that you’ve received your acceptance letter, the next step is to ENROLL. The acceptance letter itself is not a confirmation of enrollment. See the steps below to enroll your student at Nolan Catholic High School.
The enrollment process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
• Step 1: All new families to Nolan Catholic High School must create a Nolan Catholic FACTS Family Portal Account. (You did not do this during the Application process) – If you already have a Nolan Catholic FACTS Family Portal account, skip to Step 2.
• Go to the Nolan Catholic FACTS Family Portal.(https://nl-tx.client.renweb.com/pwr/)
• Click Create New Account.
• Enter "NL-TX" for the District Code (this code is specific to your Nolan Catholic FACTS account).
• Enter the email address you provided in your student’s online application.
• Click Create Account.
• You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support with a link to create your username and password. For security reasons, this link will remain active for six hours.
• Step 2: If you are a current family at Nolan Catholic, log in and Complete the Enrollment Packet
• Log in to your Nolan Catholic FACTS Family Portal (https://nl-tx.client.renweb.com/pwr/)account. Make sure your district code is changed to “NL-TX” (this code is specific to your Nolan Catholic FACTS account).
• In the left menu, select Apply/Enroll.
• Choose Enrollment/Reenrollment, then select your new student to enroll.
• Complete each page, clicking Save & Next.
• A green check mark on the left indicates a completed section.
• A yellow triangle means information is missing.
• Click Submit when all sections are complete. Enrollment is not finalized until you submit the packet.

This Spring, Nolan Catholic is hosting multiple events focused on preparing new students for the 26-27 school year and welcoming your family into the Viking Community. Families will be provided with detailed information about all of these events upon enrollment.
New Viking families, please save-the-date for the following:
• Freshmen Curriculum Night – Wednesday, April 8
• Freshmen Placement Tests – Saturday, April 18, 8:30AM
• Class of 2030 Pinning Ceremony – Wednesday, April 22, 6:00PM
Yes, over the summer, Nolan Catholic will host events for incoming freshmen to connect and get to know one another. Students are highly encouraged to attend Strength & Conditioning over the summer as their schedule allows. This is an excellent way to meet classmates, get familiar with the campus and begin connecting with coaches for fall sports. Register for The Forge: Elite Summer Training (/summer-camps).
Additionally, new student orientation for incoming freshmen and transfer students will take place in August prior to the first day of school. These dates will be posted in early May. The first day of the 2026-2027 school year is August 12.
FACTS Troubleshooting Questions
For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer and the Google Chrome web browser when completing the application or enrollment forms in FACTS.
Some features may not work properly on mobile phones or tablets. If you experience issues, try the following:
• Use a computer instead of a phone or tablet
• Open the site using Google Chrome
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
• Make sure your browser is updated

NL-TX
Visit the NCHS Admissions Account login page.(https://sis.factsmgt.com/accounts/password/create?clientId=admissionsParentCode&district=NL-TX&memberId=3829&isEnrollment=False) Click Create Account to set up a new account. If you already have an account, click Login under “Already have an account?” and enter your credentials. Once logged in, click Start Application to begin a new application or Edit to continue an existing one. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can return later if needed.
