Bonnie Thompson Williams '68 retired from American Airlines after 25 years with the airline. She and her husband, John, who retired from Bell Helicopter, are ready for “fun, fun, fun.”

Glenn Gillaspy '71, an engineer for Cyber activities for the Department of Defense in the Washington, DC metro area, is expecting to return to work in August.

Suzanne Gude '82, is the founder of Brave Creek Academy in North Dallas. With a board of directors, she has started a non-profit school for children from a trauma background. Brave Creek Academy is a “new therapeutic day school featuring trauma informed classrooms, individualized education programs and adjunctive therapies. Mike Cook '87, is part of the committee coordinating the Viking Club Golf Tournament noted in the e-news in Campus Highlights. The golf tournament will take place on Friday, Aug. 28, at Waterchase Golf Course.  For more information or to register, click here.

Elizabeth Perdue Holling '00 and her husband, Anthony, live in Wimauma, FL. Elizabeth has been teaching middle school and high school math for 16 years in Texas, Colorado and Florida. Currently, she is a middle school algebra teacher in Florida.

Erin Wood '03 and her husband, Kellen Dunham, welcomed a daughter, Ada Josephine Wood Dunham, on April 28. Ada has an older brother, Lowell, who is two-years-old.

John Ratliff '11 married Haley Cox on Feb. 1, 2020 at Perkins Chapel on the SMU Campus.  John and Haley are living in Shreveport where John is continuing his residency for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

High School Sweethearts Amber Moore '14 and Brennan Murnane '14 were married on June 20 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Several Nolan Catholic alumni were in the wedding -- Elizabeth Havenhill '14, Libby Coomer ’14, Briana Vela ’14, Maddie Cook ’14, Luke Alves ’14, Connor Murnane ’11, Quinn Murnane ’17, and Miles Murray ’14.

Madison "Madi" Perales '15 is a web technologies specialist in the Human Resources field for Big Commerce. The firm is located in Austin where Madi lives.

Jake Walden '16 and Bailey Schneider are engaged to be married on June 19 at St. Mary’s Church in College Station.

Evin Smith '18 has been busy since he graduated in May 2018. After a trip to Hawaii with some friends, Evin started school at UTA. He was participating in the Army ROTC there and eventually joined the Texas Army National Guard Reserve and spent time at the Army bootcamp in Georgia. He’s returned to North Texas and continues his studies at UTA.
